The Board of Directors has scheduled an annual meeting for the community on May 26 at 6:30pm. As gatherings are still limited, this meeting will be held online via Zoom. During this meeting, we’re holding elections for open positions on the board. If you’re interested in running for one of the open positions, please submit your nomination to our property management representative, Tom Gish, tgish[at]hiddenridgehoa.com.
A quorum is needed for this meeting. You may be represented in person or via proxy. If you are unable or choose not to attend, we encourage you to fill out and submit a proxy form to Tom Gish prior to the start of the meeting so that your vote can be counted.
Attendance, either in person or by proxy enters you to win a $50 gift card to Lowes.
